## Job Description

## Responsibilities

### Recruiting Execution
- Source and engage technical candidates across AI/ML, data science, software engineering, and full-stack development, with assistance from AI systems.
- Screen inbound applicants and coordinate next steps.
- Help host in-person recruiting events.
- Manage assigned pipelines from sourcing through screening, interview coordination, and close.
- Draft outreach messages, schedule interviews, and maintain timely communication.
- Support offer logistics and negotiation.

### GenAI-Enabled Recruiting
- Use GenAI tools extensively to accelerate sourcing, candidate research, screening, and workflow automation.
- Experiment with and assist in developing new AI tools.
- Continually refine recruiting processes.

### Candidate Experience
- Ensure clear, warm, and timely communication for candidates.
- Represent DeepLearning.AI and AI Fund professionally and authentically.

### Process and Operations
- Keep ATS pipelines clean, organized, and up to date.
- Track recruiting metrics and surface insights that improve speed and quality.
- Contribute to templates, checklists, and workflows.
- Support event-based recruitment strategies.

## Requirements
- 1–3+ years of experience in recruiting, sourcing, or talent coordination.
- Hands-on experience hiring technical talent in AI/ML, data science, software engineering, or full-stack development.
- Creative sourcing skills using varied information sources.
- Experience managing multiple pipelines and coordinating across stakeholders.
- Ability to articulate how recruiting can be improved.
- Ability to work in-office in Taipei.
- Technical understanding sufficient to screen engineering roles effectively.
- Detail-oriented, collaborative, proactive, and hardworking.

## Nice-to-Haves
- Basic ability to write code, including using AI to write code.
- Experience recruiting AI talent.
- Expertise with AI technology.
- Familiarity with ATS platforms and LinkedIn Recruiter.

## Compensation
