## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the team to deliver results against tastyfx goals.
- Liaise between the team and executives to support the RFED business.
- Assist with developing and directing the RFED business.
- Execute foreign exchange orders for US clients.
- Help clients with inquiries about positions, trades, statements, platform issues, and payments.
- Provide attentive, active listening on every call.
- Proactively reach out to new clients to support onboarding and funding.
- Serve as a client point of contact, build rapport, and enhance the client experience.
- Contribute strategic business ideas and input to improve functions, processes, and technology.
- Input trades and reconcile the day's trades.

## Requirements
- 1–4 years of related industry experience.
- Genuine interest in financial markets and daily economic and market events.
- Strong customer service and client engagement skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated and able to deliver measurable results.
- Willingness to become registered and authorized with the NFA.

## Licensure
- Series 3 and Series 34 strongly preferred.
- Candidates without Series 3 at hiring must obtain it within six weeks of starting.
- Candidates without Series 34 at hiring must obtain it within an agreed timeframe.
