## Job Description

## What You'll Do

- Build and nurture strong relationships with prospective builders virtually, at industry events, and through partner channels to generate high-quality opportunities.
- Guide prospects through the stages of our sales process, helping them understand Higharc’s impact on their operations and how to evaluate the platform effectively.
- Partner closely with Solution Consultants to run technical discovery, map current and future workflows, and ensure prospects gain a clear view of how Higharc fits into their business.
- Collaborate with builders to craft and present compelling business case analyses that demonstrate value and ROI.
- Lead solution and pricing conversations, driving deals forward with clarity and confidence.
- Travel 15%–25% of the time, depending on seasonality and industry events.

## About You

**You have:**
- 6+ years of enterprise or upper–mid-market sales experience, with a track record of multi-threading and building consensus across diverse stakeholders
- Experience selling disruptive or transformative tech into traditional or laggard industries
- An entrepreneurial mindset: you’d consider yourself an empathetic innovator with a lot of grit
- Strong project management skills and exceptional communication abilities
- Familiarity with tools like **Salesforce**, **Gong**, **AI agents**, **Outreach**, **HubSpot**, and **Google Workspace**
