## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Help customers understand the value of Cribl during the sales process.
- Demo the product and answer customer questions during initial sales calls.
- Support customers during proof-of-concept sessions.
- Document interesting use cases in blog posts and product documentation.
- Travel up to 30%.
- Occasionally perform duties outside standard working hours to support multiple time zones.

## Requirements
- Experience with logs, metrics, IT operations, and security.
- Background in sales engineering, professional services, or support.
- Willingness to use the product and provide feedback.
- Based in Seattle or Portland.
- Experience working remotely.

## Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary range: **$110,000–$190,000 USD**.
- Sales and sales-adjacent employees are eligible for incentive compensation (commission).
