## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Review, draft, and negotiate SaaS subscription agreements for cloud and on-premise software deployments.
- Negotiate partnership, reseller, MSP, distribution, nondisclosure, data processing, information security, business associate, and vendor contracts.
- Support partner channel teams in facilitating and negotiating partner deals.
- Advise sales and cross-functional teams on legal issues by identifying options, assessing risks, and executing selected solutions.
- Apply standardized contract review and risk-assessment processes; document contracts and obligations using contract and matter management tools.
- Develop and improve form agreements and negotiation playbooks to improve consistency and reduce cycle time.
- Create and deliver training on legal best practices, engagement with Legal, and relevant legal and regulatory developments.
- Coordinate on privacy, security, compliance, and product matters.

## Requirements
- 6–8 years of experience in a commercial in-house role at a technology company in the SaaS industry.
- Experience supporting sales, partner channel, and procurement teams.
- Ability to build consensus and align internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience identifying problems, proposing solutions, and executing in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Conversant with Ironclad, Salesforce, Spellbook, and Guru.
- Ability to work independently and asynchronously in a remote environment across time zones.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and a customer-service mindset.
- Juris Doctorate and a relevant license to practice law in good standing.

## Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary range: **$150,000–$170,000 USD**.
- Eligibility for the Cribl Corporate Bonus Program.
