## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Execute planning and logistics for federal executive dinners, meetups, happy hours, and sponsored trade shows
- Establish event activities aligned with sales goals and Federal team priorities
- Manage contractor relationships, event production firms, vendors, and budgets
- Align with growth marketing on campaigns and MQL reporting
- Track event performance, ROI, and metrics through **Salesforce**
- Own all aspects of Scale's annual hosted federal conferences
- Support AI Governance and Policy portion of Scale Summit (content, speakers, agenda, logistics)
- Interface with external executives for speakers and presentation planning
- Willingness to travel up to 50%

## Requirements
- Minimum **5+ years** experience in event marketing or management with Federal marketing
- Experience managing events from 30 to 500+ attendees
- Ability to multitask across projects and stakeholders
- Impeccable attention to detail and proactive troubleshooting
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

## Nice to Haves
- Experience with **Hubspot**, **Salesforce**, and **Outreach**
- Collaborative attitude for working with executive leadership
- Community experience
