## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Define and communicate a clear, data-backed roadmap for product areas.
- Translate customer pain points into simple web and mobile workflows that save time.
- Work with data scientists to turn sensor events into actionable, measurable AI features.
- Establish success metrics, launch betas, gather feedback, and iterate quickly.
- Collaborate across time zones with design, engineering, sales, support, and marketing.
- Engage with dispatchers, drivers, and back-office teams to maintain tight feedback loops.

## Requirements
- 4–7 years of B2B product management experience, including complete ownership of a product area.
- Proven track record of shipping features that improve uptime, cost, safety, or efficiency.
- Ability to query SQL, analyze dashboards, and turn data into decisions.
- Strong communication skills for aligning diverse global stakeholders.

## Nice-to-haves
- Familiarity with telematics, logistics technology, automotive systems, or industrial IoT.
- MBB experience.
