## Job Description

## What you'll actually do
- Own outbound from end to end — identifying high-potential targets across fintech, crypto, and financial infrastructure
- Craft personalized outreach across email and LinkedIn
- Run initial discovery calls before handing off to the AE team
- Work closely with the founders and AEs to sharpen messaging, test new approaches, and help build the outbound playbook as we scale the US market

## What we're looking for
- 1+ year in a B2B tech sales environment with real outbound experience
- Comfortable holding technical conversations with VP Engineering and CTOs
- Proactive in an early-stage environment — comfortable building processes rather than just executing them
- High volume, high quality approach to outreach

## Package
- 70k base
- $115K OTE with uncapped variable
