## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary initial point of contact during the implementation phase for new customers.
- Facilitate customer kickoff calls and own follow-ups throughout the setup process.
- Connect customer dealership management system (DMS) and scheduling tool integrations.
- Troubleshoot initial scheduling errors and update configurations.
- Process historical data through BizzyCar’s back-end platform, The Hive.
- Schedule test appointments and facilitate pre-launch checks.
- Launch rooftops to enable BizzyCar outreach.
- Maintain clear, proactive communication with customers regarding timelines, deliverables, and next steps.
- Document setup procedures and contribute to internal knowledge bases and playbooks.
- Ensure a smooth handoff to Customer Success, including a detailed configuration summary.

## Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in technical onboarding, implementation, project management, or IT support, preferably in a SaaS or automotive technology environment.
- Strong understanding of software configuration, APIs, and integration workflows.
- Familiarity with dealership management systems or automotive CRM platforms is a major plus.
- Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple setup projects in parallel.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
- Experience with Salesforce or HubSpot is a bonus.
