## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Concept, produce, and ship performance ads across paid channels, owning creative from idea through delivery.
- Turn Clay’s product capabilities into clear, memorable advertising.
- Track what is and is not working in advertising and bring new references, formats, and ideas to the team.
- Test formats and concepts beyond the standard performance advertising playbook.
- Provide proactive updates and clear handoffs while collaborating with a team in New York.

## Requirements
- Full-stack creative skills, including shooting, producing, and editing.
- Strong opinions and understanding of why advertising succeeds or fails.
- Deep media literacy and fluency in startups, media, and technology.
- Performance mindset focused on creative that converts.
- Strong communication habits, sharing work early and often.

## Nice to Have
- Experience creating paid creative for a startup or high-growth company.
- Portfolio of ads or short-form work.
- Hands-on experience with AI production tools.
- Experience on a growth or performance marketing team.
