## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Manage lease acquisition, renewal, and disposition transactions, including critical-date tracking, business-case preparation, and pipeline dashboards.
- Analyze portfolio metrics and maintain data integrity for occupancy planning, long-range financial planning, cost evaluation, seat-sharing ratios, utilization trends, and capital-project performance.
- Coordinate small-to-medium workplace and relocation projects, including budgets, schedules, milestones, and collaboration with Facilities, IT, Security, HR, and other stakeholders.
- Develop standard operating procedures and support the rollout of corporate real estate AI platforms to improve project delivery and operational efficiency.

## Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, Architecture, or a related field.
- 5–8 years of direct experience in corporate real estate, transaction management, portfolio operations, and project management.
- Experience supporting worldwide lease negotiations and transactions.
- Strong financial and analytical capabilities.
- Advanced proficiency with Google Workspace, executive presentations, and cross-functional stakeholder relationship management.

## Nice-to-haves
- Corporate real estate experience at a technology company.
- Knowledge of commercial lease structures.
- Familiarity with workplace analytics.
- PMP certification.

## Compensation
- Annual base salary: $132,000–$182,600 USD.
- Equity, bonus, health, dental and vision insurance, 401(k), flexible spending account, and paid leave may also be provided in accordance with applicable plans and policies.
