## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Build and maintain production LLM-backed AI agents for intent filtering, lead grading and reclassification, enrichment, contract parsing, and competitive monitoring.
- Own prompt design, tool wiring, structured output contracts, and failure handling.
- Architect and deploy durable data flows across HubSpot, Salesforce, Make.com, Jira, NetSuite, and advertising platforms.
- Inventory, document, migrate, port, or retire existing automations ahead of Salesforce cutover.
- Monitor builds after launch through alerting, error triage, and mean-time-to-restore tracking.
- Conduct process discovery with Sales, Account Management, Customer Success, Implementation, Marketing, and Finance teams before automating workflows.
- Document automations, data behavior, recovery procedures, and operational processes.
- Measure automation impact through process baselines, hours returned, and before-and-after metrics.
- Partner with Revenue Enablement to drive adoption, collect feedback, and iterate on workflows.

## Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in revenue operations, marketing operations, sales operations, systems, or automation, with ownership of real builds.
- Hands-on CRM experience with workflows, properties, custom objects, list logic, lifecycle stages, and CRM data quality.
- Experience with HubSpot or Salesforce; experience with both is advantageous.
- Experience with an automation platform such as Make.com, Zapier, Workato, n8n, or similar, including branching, error handling, and API calls.
- Experience building with LLMs, including prompt design, structured outputs, tool use, and model error handling.
- Strong testing and quality-assurance habits, including edge-case testing.
- Comfort working across CRM, financial, support, and product data systems.
- Clear written communication and the ability to explain technical builds to nontechnical users.
- English fluency at C1 level with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

## Nice-to-haves
- Familiarity with Clay, Claude Code, Salesforce, Codex, Zoho Desk, NetSuite, Stripe, or Coefficient.
- Healthcare or other regulated-data experience, including PHI handling.
