## Job Description

## What you'll do

- Build and Mentor: Lead the design process with an agile, solution-oriented approach. Focus on shipping real value and elevate the team's output.
- Operational Excellence: Refine the design process from the ground up, reimagining how design uses AI tools from customer research to high-fidelity prototyping and engineering handoff.
- Executive Influence: Advocate for the user by translating complex design decisions into clear business outcomes for stakeholders.
- Build the Future: Use advanced tooling to validate hypotheses, align stakeholders, and make informed decisions quickly.

## Requirements

- 10+ years of Product Design experience overseeing multiple work streams
- Proven track record of building and maintaining scalable design systems for complex, data-heavy applications
- Demonstrated leadership that improves both team performance and product quality, while remaining hands-on as a designer
- Experience shipping products known for high-craft and ambitious designs

## Nice-to-haves

- Experience with AI-first design and high-fidelity prototypes
- Expertise evolving design systems with AI-centric approaches to accelerate collaboration and shipping speed
