## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Own the vision, strategy, and end-to-end roadmap for Care Delivery, prioritizing initiatives that improve patient outcomes and retention.
- Translate the care model into AI-native workflows, including real-time clinical guidance, next-generation charting, transcript-powered insights, and personalized coaching.
- Design longitudinal care programs, patient journeys, and shared coordination workflows aligning dietitians, physicians, therapists, and AI around a unified care plan.
- Partner with data and clinical research to build measurement systems connecting provider behaviors to patient retention and clinical outcomes.
- Define and track metrics for patient outcome improvement, outcomes collection, and patient retention; design experiments to evaluate product impact.
- Own execution from discovery through launch and iteration, collaborating hands-on with engineering and design while maintaining clinical quality.

## Requirements
- 7+ years of professional work experience.
- 4+ years of product management experience.
- Experience building complex workflow products and simplifying high-stakes, operationally complex experiences.
- Strong analytical and data-oriented skills, including independently pulling and analyzing data, defining metrics, evaluating experiments, and translating insights into strategy.
- Deep understanding of users and willingness to spend time with clinicians.
- Excellent product judgment, including vision-setting, opportunity identification, and prioritization.
- Ownership mindset and ability to operate effectively in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
- Alignment with Nourish’s stated values.

## Nice-to-haves
- Experience building AI-powered products.
