## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Design and animate motion graphics for brand videos, product explainers, campaign content, and event deliverables.
- Translate technical and strategic concepts into clear, engaging visual stories.
- Develop the motion language for product and brand concepts, including UI animation, data visualization, conceptual sequences, abstract sequences, and typography-driven storytelling.
- Own and evolve the motion design system, including transitions, motion iconography, and animation principles.
- Partner with brand, product marketing, and design teams to scope projects from concept through final delivery.
- Collaborate with video editors on hybrid pieces, incorporating motion graphics, titles, and effects.

## Requirements
- Strong portfolio demonstrating visual storytelling, art direction, animation craft, and visual systems thinking.
- Track record of making technical ideas visually clear.
- Deep fluency in motion design tools and workflows.
- Strong typography and systems-thinking skills.
- Proficiency with Figma and ability to collaborate with Product Designers on marketing motion.
- Collaborative mindset and strong aesthetic sensibility.
