## Job Description

## Responsibilities

### Pipeline Generation (40%)
- Work warm inbound leads from companies requesting evaluation for our seal
- Identify and prospect target accounts in education, healthcare SaaS, fintech, HR tech, or other verticals
- Use intent signals: RFPs with privacy requirements, recently funded companies, vendors facing buyer questions
- Conduct outreach via email, LinkedIn, phone, and conferences
- Run discovery calls to qualify fit

### Deal Management (50%)
- Run demos of evaluation process and seal benefits
- Navigate stakeholders: product, legal, compliance, marketing, sales leadership
- Position seal as competitive differentiation
- Handle objections on timing, cost, ROI
- Structure deals: evaluations, monitoring, multi-product assessments
- Coordinate with delivery team

### Market Development (10%)
- Refine seal positioning in new verticals
- Identify industry patterns and buying triggers
- Share market insights with leadership

## Requirements
- 5+ years full-cycle B2B SaaS sales experience
- Track record hitting/exceeding quota ($750K-$1.5M annually)
- Experience selling $25K-$100K deals
- Selling across multiple industries
- Proficiency with Salesforce (or similar CRM) and sales engagement tools
- Strong discovery skills
- Effective demo and presentation skills
- Ability to position credentials/trust signals as advantage
- Self-motivated pipeline management

## Nice To Haves
- Experience selling privacy, compliance, security, trust/safety solutions
- Selling certification/assessment programs
- Background in regulated industries (healthcare, finance, education)
- Familiarity with enterprise procurement
- Experience in early/growth-stage startups
- Comfort with market ambiguity
