## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Own and execute company reviews, payroll monitoring, and related risk processes.
- Analyze data to identify and act on emerging risk signals for companies and payrolls.
- Investigate and mitigate fraud incidents, including account takeover, first-party fraud, and impersonation.
- Document investigation insights and drive resolutions with cross-functional teams.
- Contribute to documentation and process feedback loops.
- Support ad hoc analyses and process-improvement projects.

## Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in risk and fraud investigation or a similar fintech analytics role.
- Detail-oriented approach and ability to manage investigations from start to finish.
- Strong time management and ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously.
- Clear, professional communication with internal teams and external parties.
- Experience in a fast-paced, data-driven environment or busy queue.
- Ability to make judgment calls under ambiguity and determine when to escalate or resolve cases independently.
- Willingness to adopt AI tools, iterate on solutions, and critically evaluate outputs.
- Curiosity and willingness to learn new tools and skills.
- Ability to attend an annual three-day company offsite.

## Nice to Have
- SQL experience.
