## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Own and lead a portfolio of highly complex, high-visibility programs, ensuring alignment with strategic customer objectives.
- Drive innovation and efficiency across the Professional Services team to improve delivery outcomes.
- Coordinate technical milestones and program-level dependencies across multiple concurrent engagements.
- Lead complex technical delivery discussions and collaborate with M5-level managers to maintain project momentum.
- Mentor junior technical program managers and refine delivery processes to scale global impact.

## Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience managing complex technical programs.
- Intermediate technical fluency.
- Obtain a Databricks Associate-level Certification within 6 months of hire.
- Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools into program management workflows.
- Track record of enhancing delivery standards and implementing operational improvements.
- Obtain PMP certification within 6 months of hire.
