## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through close for Zocdoc's Online Scheduling and AI Voice Assistant solutions.
- Build and manage a healthy pipeline through strategic outbound prospecting, inbound lead follow-up, and territory planning.
- Develop trusted relationships with healthcare decision-makers and conduct consultative discovery conversations to uncover business needs.
- Partner closely with New Business and Existing Business sales teams to execute coordinated co-selling strategies that maximize customer value and revenue growth.
- Identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts and help customers deepen adoption of Zocdoc products.
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations, proposals, and executive presentations tailored to customer goals.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Analytics teams to share customer feedback, influence roadmap priorities, and help shape future solutions.
- Use data, CRM tools, conversation intelligence platforms, and generative AI tools to improve productivity, sales execution, and forecasting accuracy.

## Requirements
- 5+ years of full-cycle SaaS sales experience with a demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding quota.
- Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and navigating executive-level decision-making processes.
- Ability to integrate generative AI tools into daily workflows to automate tasks, foster innovation, and maximize productivity.
- Fundamental understanding of enterprise sales methodologies, including prospecting, discovery, solution mapping, negotiation, and closing.
- Experience leveraging CRM, sales engagement, conversation intelligence, and business intelligence platforms to drive performance.
- Superb communication skills with the ability to adapt communication style to different audiences.
- Entrepreneurial mentality with a strong bias toward action.

## Nice-to-Haves
- Healthcare technology, practice management, patient engagement, scheduling, or healthcare provider experience.
- Experience selling AI-powered, workflow automation, or operational technology solutions.
