## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Creative Leads and cross-functional teams to develop, design, and execute digital experiences for okta.com.
- Translate project briefs into thoughtful digital design solutions that drive user engagement and click-through rates.
- Present ideas clearly to executives and other stakeholders, incorporate feedback, and execute revisions efficiently.
- Partner with Brand, UX, Digital Strategy, Content, Development, and Production teams to launch innovative, brand-led digital experiences.
- Maintain brand consistency and high design quality across projects.
- Monitor design and industry trends and share relevant insights.
- Manage multiple projects with strong organization and attention to detail.

## Requirements
- World-class portfolio of digital design work.
- Strong copywriting, communication, and presentation skills.
- 5+ years of copywriting experience in a creative agency or client-side group; B2B or technology experience is a plus.
- Expert knowledge of the creative process and collaboration with UX strategy and design, developers, and web producers.
- Working knowledge of Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Google Suite.
- 3–5 years of experience using design systems to create digital marketing websites.
- Ability to work collaboratively, think strategically, develop innovative ideas, and present concepts clearly.

## Compensation and Benefits
- Annual base salary for candidates in the San Francisco Bay Area: $117,000–$160,000 USD.
- Annual base salary for candidates in California outside the San Francisco Bay Area, Colorado, Illinois, New York, and Washington: $104,000–$143,000 USD.
- Benefits include equity where applicable, bonus, health, dental and vision insurance, 401(k), flexible spending account, paid time off, and parental leave.
