## Job Description

## Lead Brand Design for Krak

- Lead brand refreshes and evolution, owning visual identity, art direction, and design standards end-to-end.
- Ensure consistent brand expression across website, product launches, product marketing, lifecycle (email, CRM), paid acquisition, organic social, app store assets, and events.
- Bring 3D proficiency to model card product and other key visuals.
- Build motion systems and animations to give the brand movement and life.
- Use AI tools for rapid concepting and production; partner with video/animation creators for complex work.
- Develop and grow illustration style, producing original work and building a reusable library.
- Build scalable design systems including Figma component libraries, marketing templates, and localization-ready layouts.
- Create variable/auto-generated asset systems, modular campaign kits, and creative automation workflows for programmatic copy/image swaps, multi-format exports, and localization at scale.
- Stay hands-on with AI-assisted production pipelines as a core part of brand creation.

## Requirements
- 5+ years of Brand Design experience in fast-paced fintech or world-class design agencies working on fintech products.
- Demonstrable ability to work across multiple teams and projects in a high-performance environment.
- Exciting, creative portfolio showcasing detail-oriented design, strategic thinking, and provocative creativity.
- Excellence in typography, color, layout, and composition.
- Natural storyteller able to showcase work, rationalize decisions, and communicate concepts.
- Ability to work independently, drive multiple projects, and iterate quickly.
- Desire to thrive in a fast-paced, emerging industry with varied design challenges.

## Nice-to-Haves
- Proficiency in 3D modeling, motion design/animations, illustration, and AI tools for design/production.
- Experience building scalable design systems, variable asset systems, and creative automation workflows.
