## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Supervise and mentor paralegals through complex limited partner (LP) transfer processes, ensuring documentation is accurate, timely, and aligned with client playbooks and service-level agreements.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and counterparties.
- Coordinate KYC/AML, transfer documentation, signing, and post-closing actions.
- Own and evolve client playbooks and negotiation parameters.
- Escalate material issues to the Legal Director while maintaining deal momentum.
- Build and deepen trusted client relationships with asset managers and investment funds.
- Support business development by contributing to new client pitches alongside the Growth team.
- Partner with the technology team to improve AI-driven legal delivery tools and workflows.

## Requirements
- Strong experience in funds law, including LP transfers, closed-ended funds, or private markets work.
- Ability to independently manage complex transfer processes.
- Client-focused and commercially minded, with strong communication skills.
- Experience supervising and developing junior lawyers and paralegals.
- Ability to manage multiple simultaneous workflows, competing deadlines, and priorities.
- Comfortable working with AI-backed legal tools and interested in technology-enabled legal delivery.
- Qualified to practise in England and Wales or a comparable jurisdiction.
- 5+ years of relevant experience recommended.
