## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day relationships with Mid Market employer clients to maximize value from the Hinge Health platform.
- Partner cross-functionally with Growth, Sales, Data, Marketing, Operations, Product, and Clinical teams.
- Drive adoption, secure renewals, expand product offerings, and turn clients into advocates.
- Ramp up on product, tools, and client lifecycle; manage book of business independently.
- Drive enrollment communications campaigns to meet annual goals.
- Craft data-driven stories for clients, achieving 95%+ opt-in rates.
- Ensure 100% client retention with 9+ NPS scores.
- Recruit clients into First Movers program and fulfill sales/marketing requests.
- Expand product adoption across full suite.
- Serve as onboarding buddy and establish best practices.

## Qualifications
**Basic:**
- 2+ years in client success, account management, or client-facing role.
- Manage book of business across client lifecycle using tools for deadlines/deliverables.
- Build relationships with diverse stakeholders (clients, consultants, health plans, partners).
- Tell stories with data from reports and present recommendations.
- Strong written/verbal communication and presentation skills.

**Preferred:**
- Experience at high-growth/startup and navigating ambiguity.
- Familiarity with employee benefits, digital health, healthcare ecosystem.
- Data integration proficiency and advanced Excel skills.
- Experience with client success platforms (e.g., Gainsight, Salesforce).
