## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Own and execute end-to-end recruiting for Sales, Engineering, Marketing, Customer Success, and G&A roles.
- Actively source candidates and personally drive searches as a hands-on player-coach.
- Partner with senior leadership to understand hiring needs, forecast demand, and advise on talent-market dynamics.
- Manage, coach, and develop a small global recruiting team.
- Build scalable recruiting processes, interview frameworks, and hiring best practices across regions.
- Improve the candidate and hiring-manager experience.

## Requirements
- 7+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience in a high-growth SaaS or technology company.
- Strong ownership of enterprise go-to-market recruiting.
- Experience managing and leading a small team.
- Experience operating as a player-coach in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Experience recruiting across multiple geographies and time zones.
- Strong stakeholder-management skills and the ability to influence senior leaders.
- Data-driven approach, including use of recruiting metrics to guide decisions.
- Excellent communication, judgment, and candidate-advocacy skills.

## Compensation and Benefits
- Anticipated base compensation: $151,000–$180,000 annually.
