## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Provision and de-provision accounts across the SaaS stack for new hires and departures.
- Manage the full device lifecycle, including hardware ordering, MDM enrollment, international logistics, maintenance, and responsible recycling.
- Enforce endpoint security policies covering disk encryption, activation lock, and device compliance checks.
- Maintain accurate, audit-ready records of access, serial numbers, licenses, and access logs.
- Execute end-to-end offboarding, including access revocation and hardware retrieval.
- Manage IT service and hardware-insurance vendors, contracts, invoice auditing, and service forecasting.
- Support employees across time zones with IT issues, hardware needs, and access requests.

## Requirements
- 0–2 years of experience in IT support, IT operations, systems administration, or technical helpdesk work.
- Hands-on experience with device management tools and the Google Workspace Admin console, including user and group management.
- Working knowledge of endpoint security concepts, including disk encryption, activation lock, and device compliance policies.
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through with records and discrepancies.
- Clear written English and ability to coordinate across time zones.
- Ability to manage concurrent tickets and requests in an organized, self-directed manner.

## Nice to Have
- Experience with an MDM platform such as Jamf, Kandji, Fleet, or Intune.
- Exposure to SOC 2 or ISO 27001-style access reviews and audit processes.
- Basic scripting skills for provisioning or reporting automation.
- Experience in a high-growth startup environment.
