## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Lead community events across target AMER markets, including customer learning breakfasts, ecosystem events, partner cocktails, and roundtables.
- Build and nurture relationships with talent acquisition leaders and local ecosystem partners.
- Partner with Event Operations on venue selection, invitations, and post-event recaps.
- Improve and reimagine community experiences and customer-led growth programs.
- Curate and deliver customer education on Ashby, talent acquisition practices, product features, trends, dashboards, workflows, and templates.
- Design and lead live enablement sessions and product demonstrations.
- Partner with Customer Success and Product Marketing on the Ashby Hidden Gems program.
- Expand customer advocacy and community presence through onboarding and enablement loops for Ashby Customer Expert events.
- Support customer and prospect onsite visits, moderate panels, attend industry events, and represent Ashby in the talent acquisition community.
- Travel approximately twice per month and develop relationships in major AMER talent acquisition hubs.

## Requirements
- Hands-on talent acquisition experience and strong knowledge of modern TA systems and practices.
- Experience using Ashby All-in-One or strong familiarity with Ashby and its customer community.
- Expertise in talent acquisition processes, tooling, dashboards, workflows, and templates.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including briefing, facilitation, moderation, and public speaking.
- Experience hosting events, curating small gatherings, connecting people, and building professional communities.
- Established or developing network among talent acquisition leaders in major city hubs.
- Entrepreneurial, experimental approach and comfort with ambiguity and iteration.
- Ability to use AI tools and automations to execute efficiently while maintaining quality.
- Willingness to travel and build new connections.
