## Job Description

## Responsibilities

- Navigate ambiguous problems and transform them into clear project scopes and design strategies.
- Prototype to de-risk ideas using tools like Cursor to test complex edge cases with real data.
- Synthesize complex data and user behaviors into high-fidelity narratives to influence executive leadership.
- Operate in a high-velocity environment with rapid A/B testing and iteration.
- Maintain pristine Figma files and thoughtful interactions as a benchmark for the design organization.

## Requirements

- 5+ years of product design experience, ideally in high-scale consumer tech, safety, or growth-driven environments.
- Proficient in prototyping via code to see designs behave with real data.
- Ability to reframe messy legal or business asks into coherent, human-centered systems and influence roadmap priorities.
