## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end recruiting function, including sourcing, outreach, interviewing, coordination, and closing.
- Build a world-class top-of-funnel engine through outbound sourcing, referrals, content, and creative recruiting tactics.
- Help strengthen the company’s reputation for talent density and attract top talent.
- Track and analyze recruiting metrics, including pipeline, offer acceptance rates, and time-to-hire, to inform hiring strategies.

## Requirements
- Experience recruiting strong engineering teams, ideally at high-growth startups or AI or developer tools companies.
- Proven ability to source, engage, and close standout engineering candidates in competitive markets.
- Deep understanding of technical talent and strong instincts for evaluating engineering profiles.
- Strong communication skills.
- Experience using AI tools and automation to improve efficiency and scalability.
- Growth mindset, strong organization, and reliability.
- Willingness to solve problems proactively and take on broad responsibilities.
- Excitement about working closely with leadership and owning high-impact work from day one.
- Must work in person in San Francisco or be willing to relocate.
