## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Set and execute Korea’s consumer marketing strategy based on priority audiences, local insight, ChatGPT’s role, and measurable business outcomes.
- Lead full-funnel programs that grow weekly active users, product adoption, retention, brand preference, and advocacy.
- Translate product capabilities into locally resonant stories, use cases, launches, creator programs, partnerships, and cultural moments.
- Lead local agencies, creators, platforms, and production partners across paid, owned, and earned channels.
- Partner with Product Marketing, Growth, Social, Communications, Partnerships, Global Affairs, Legal, Insights, regional leadership, and Korea GTM.
- Represent Korean consumer perspectives in strategy, creative, product positioning, and execution.

## Requirements
- 10+ years of marketing experience, with a strong record of building consumer brands and driving product growth in Korea.
- Deep understanding of Korean culture, consumer behavior, media, creators, platforms, and marketing dynamics.
- Fluency in Korean and English.
- Experience executing integrated plans across brand, product, digital, social, creator/influencer, partnership, and experiential channels.
- Strong strategic judgment and hands-on operating style in a fast-paced environment.
- Network of local agencies, creators, platforms, creatives, and production partners.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, including influencing senior cross-functional leaders.
