## Job Description

## Responsibilities

- Own the Nordics go-to-market strategy and execution end-to-end.
- Land lighthouse customers in the region.
- Build operator partnerships.
- Establish and grow a high-performance regional team.

## Compensation

- Basic salary range: **SEK 1.1M–SEK 1.35M**.
- Final offer depends on background, skills, and performance through the interview process; exceptional candidates may receive adjusted scope and compensation.

## Working Arrangements
