## Job Description

## What You'll Do
- Own the end-to-end product strategy, roadmap, and execution for your product domain at RentSpree
- Deeply understand the needs of our users through qualitative and quantitative insights
- Partner closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality experiences at speed
- Define clear success metrics and drive measurable impact across business, customer, and operational goals
- Prioritize and communicate tradeoffs clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Champion simplicity, accessibility, and clarity across all aspects of the user journey

## Skills You Bring
- 6+ years of product management experience, including experience in a high-growth environment
- Strong product sense and product fundamentals
- A bias for action: Move quickly, remove blockers, and find scrappy paths forward without sacrificing quality
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Analytical fluency with the ability to interpret data, size opportunities, and define clear, measurable success metrics
