## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional vehicle attribute teams, including vehicle dynamics, NVH, thermal, energy, safety, and ergonomics, to deliver key program milestones for next-generation autonomous vehicle platforms.
- Define vehicle performance to meet program requirements.
- Partner with Attribute Leads to define development plans, align priorities, and ensure execution across engineering disciplines.
- Balance performance, cost, mass, safety, and timing to optimize vehicle attribute integration.
- Deliver performance targets, identify gaps, and drive data-based root-cause analyses and resolution plans.
- Prepare and present attribute status updates for program reviews and leadership gates, clearly communicating risks and trade-offs.
- Define and develop test assets and methodologies to validate vehicle-level requirements.
- Represent Vehicle Integration in program reviews and cross-department collaborations.

## Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Engineering.
- At least 10 years of experience in vehicle attribute development or integration.
- Deep technical understanding of vehicle systems, validation, and cross-functional integration.
- Experience leading and guiding a vehicle development program.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, drive decisions, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Skills in data analysis, documentation, and reporting.
- Proficiency with Smartsheet, Jira, and Google Workspace.

## Nice-to-haves
- Experience in technical program management.
- Experience in electric vehicle or autonomous vehicle development.

## Compensation and relocation
- The role is initially based in the UK, with a mandatory requirement to relocate to Foster City, California, USA, after 12 months.
- Continued employment after relocation is contingent upon valid US work authorization and visa eligibility.
- Visa sponsorship and relocation assistance details will be provided during the interview process.
