## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Own a book of strategic, high-value healthcare accounts across health systems, hospitals, and payor organizations.
- Drive the full sales cycle from outbound prospecting through close, navigating complex organizations and engaging clinical, administrative, and payor decision-makers.
- Design and execute account strategies aligned with healthcare procurement cycles, value-based care initiatives, and budgeting processes.
- Identify and prioritize opportunities across clinical departments, care management, claims processing, and administrative functions.
- Manage pipeline and forecasting cadence to deliver predictable performance against quota.
- Partner with Product and Applied AI to translate customer feedback into product and roadmap input.
- Codify sales learnings into playbooks, templates, and best practices with Marketing and Enablement.

## Requirements
- 5+ years of enterprise sales experience in healthcare.
- Demonstrated success selling to health systems, hospitals, and/or payor organizations.
- Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder healthcare sales cycles and securing strategic deals.
- Experience understanding technical requirements alongside clinical and administrative use cases.
- Extensive experience negotiating complex healthcare procurement agreements, including value-based care contracts and payor policies.
- Proven history of exceeding healthcare revenue targets.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills across clinical, administrative, executive, and payor audiences.
- Genuine interest in responsible AI and safe, beneficial AI development.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.

## Nice-to-haves
- Deep understanding of healthcare buying cycles, decision-making processes, and pain points across provider and payor organizations.
- Strategic and analytical approach to healthcare market assessment, paired with tactical execution.
- Experience developing healthcare AI use cases with customers and channel partners, especially in care delivery, population health, and administrative efficiency.
- Experience with advanced AI systems and clinical applications.
- Conviction around safe and ethical AI development for clinical use.

## Compensation
- Annual on-target earnings range: $380,000–$450,000 USD, including base salary and target sales commissions/bonuses.
