## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and close a sales pipeline.
- Prospect strategically into CTOs, engineering and IT leaders, and technical end users.
- Build strong relationships that generate growth opportunities.
- Partner with Solution Architects and Professional Services to achieve customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with enterprise ecosystem and channel partners to maximize deal sizes.
- Participate in sales enablement training, including sales bootcamp, sales methodology training, and leadership and development programs.

## Requirements
- 4+ years of field experience in quota-carrying sales in a fast-paced, competitive market.
- Demonstrated ability to grow accounts and manage complex sales processes with enterprise clients.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to articulate the business value of complex enterprise technology.
- Skilled at building business champions.
- Driven, competitive, and motivated to succeed.
- Fluency in Spanish and English.

## Nice to Have
- Passion for building a career in the database software market.
- Sales methodology training, such as MEDDIC, SPIN, or Challenger Sale.
- Familiarity with databases, developer technologies, and open-source technology.
