## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle from outbound sourcing, first meeting, closed and maintaining relationships with a book of business
- Build pipeline via outbound, inbound, events, partnerships and leveraging AI powered tools
- Take prospects from initial contact through to closed-won and onboarding, ensuring smooth implementation and measurable customer satisfaction
- Work closely with founders, and leadership to keep a tight feedback loop between product, engineering and customer success
- Help lay the foundation for the future sales organization as the company grows

## Required Experience
- 3-5 years in Account Executive role at an early or growth stage startup
- Prior SDR/BDR experience is a plus
- Proven track record in closing deals and exceeding quota
- Builders mindset ready to grow sales strategies and assist with GTM
- Proven ability to manage the full cycle: prospecting, closing, onboarding, and retaining customers
- Strong background in e-commerce, digital, or SaaS platforms
- Experience building relationships directly with business owners and decision makers
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to travel for in-person meetings and events

## Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with TikTok Shop, social commerce, or affiliate/creator marketing
- Existing network of e-commerce or Amazon ecosystem customers (bonus)
- Hands-on skills with CRM platforms (**HubSpot** preferred)
- Experience using AI tools (**ChatGPT**, AI SDRs, or similar) to scale outreach and email sequencing
