> The Growth Lead will grow and productize a TasteMakers community by optimizing acquisition, engagement, retention, messaging, analytics, SEO, and paid growth. The role requires startup experience, strong analytical ability, and comfort building systems, dashboards, and growth experiments.

## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Grow the TasteMakers community and productize its acquisition funnel.
- Apply growth playbooks to increase qualified top-of-funnel candidates.
- Partner with operations, recruiting, and design to identify community gaps and plan growth tactics, including email marketing, advertising, growth experiments, and referrals.
- Design processes to improve the top, middle, and bottom of the community funnel.
- Set up systems and analyze community health, engagement, and skills to inform funnel improvements.
- Create retention and engagement tactics for current community members.
- Develop creative, non-obvious growth strategies for the community and other products.
- Establish SEO tactics and, eventually, targeted advertising programs.
- Craft messaging and communications plans for growth initiatives.
- Develop monetization, gamification, and reward strategies.

## Requirements
- Startup mindset; moves quickly, works resourcefully, and takes ownership.
- Strong care for people and attention to user experience details.
- Comfortable with data, Excel, and AI-assisted coding tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or Codex.
- Experience conducting analysis and setting up databases or dashboards.
- Experience with, or enthusiasm for learning, SEO and paid advertising.
- Experience in growth, operations, community, or generalist startup roles.
