## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Produce detailed models and drawings for factory builds: structures, skids, and assemblies.
- Detail steel and MEP to fabrication level, including connections, penetrations, and BOM-linked parts.
- Turn engineering revisions into updated drawing packages quickly (within days).
- Maintain clean models using standards, libraries, and templates to accelerate future units.

## Requirements
- Experience detailing for fabrication: structural steel, skids, or modular assemblies.
- Drawings enable shops to build without follow-up questions.
- Model to standards and maintain library discipline.
- Handle frequent revisions without creating version chaos.
- Practical knowledge of fabrication: welds, bends, clearances, and real-world fabricator needs.

## Nice-to-Haves
- Tekla or Advance Steel.
- Revit or Plant 3D.
- Weld symbols and AISC detailing.
- BIM coordination.
