## Job Description

## Responsibilities

- Design and build data models that transform raw data into reliable, business-ready datasets powering Salesforce, HubSpot, Slack, and other internal systems.
- Develop and enhance an internal web application using FastAPI and React.
- Lead development of Newton, an in-house GTM AI intelligence layer and chatbot built with the OpenAI Agent SDK and a modular, tool-based architecture.
- Conduct code reviews focused on quality, performance, security, and maintainability.
- Drive architectural decisions that improve scalability, security, and reliability while reducing complexity and technical debt.
- Improve engineering productivity and system stability through CI enhancements, refactoring, and adoption of engineering best practices.
- Lead or contribute to cross-functional data and AI initiatives with GTM, RevOps, Data, Security, and other teams.
- Shape the team's technical vision, roadmap priorities, and architectural evolution.

## Requirements

- 2+ years of experience in an engineering or data role.
- Experience prompting LLMs and implementing generative AI features.
- Interest in sales and marketing initiatives and challenges.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize independently.
- Experience with Python and SQL.
- Experience with a cloud provider; GCP experience is preferred, including Cloud Functions, BigQuery, Cloud Run, or Cloud Tasks.

## Nice to Have

- Experience with Terraform.
- Experience with JavaScript and React.
