## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Own the strategy and operating model of the Large Enterprise Applied AI team, aligning it with company objectives and evolving customer needs.
- Lead, build, and mentor a team of high-performing Applied Deployment Engineers (ADEs) to deliver customer outcomes, including production applications and increased API adoption.
- Serve as the technical advocate for customers, synthesizing their needs to inform Research and Applied Product/Engineering roadmaps.
- Act as the primary technical escalation point during development and maintain direct communication with executive-level stakeholders.
- Champion the safe and innovative application of AI technology across industries.

## Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in a technical customer-facing role managing C-level technical and business relationships with complex global organizations.
- 2+ years of experience leading technical post-sales teams, with demonstrated ability to hire, develop, and manage technical teams.
- Experience leading complex implementations of generative AI or traditional machine learning solutions into production for large enterprises.
- Knowledge of network and cloud architecture.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate business and technical topics for diverse audiences and mentor others.
- Humble attitude, eagerness to help others, and willingness to learn unfamiliar topics to support the team and customers.

## Work Arrangement
- Hybrid work model with 3 days per week in the office.
- Role available in London and Munich offices.
- Relocation assistance is available.
