## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- **Industry Strategy Definition**: Own Dataiku’s Industry vision to accelerate new logos and end-to-end process augmentation. Build frameworks and analysis for priorities and alignment.
- **Business Outcome Services Delivery**: Define and manage offerings for tangible outcomes in key domains. Establish Dataiku as a Transformation Partner with scalable, productized solutions.
- **Product Management**: Collaborate on product roadmap with Solutions and Applications Engineering. Ensure delivery of industry-specific capabilities with field proofing and rollout strategies.
- **Executive Engagement**: Represent industry vision in events and customer engagements. Build strategic partnerships and co-building initiatives.
- **Team Management**: Manage 10+ Industry Experts and Solutions Consultants. Identify skillsets, structure teams, and focus on growth.

## Requirements
- 20+ years in business process transformation and technology implementation with deep data/AI understanding.
- Consulting/services delivery experience balancing services and product.
- Product management experience driving complex roadmaps.
- C-suite engagement experience.
- Doer mindset, empathetic leader, excellent communication skills.

## Nice-to-Haves
- Expertise in Banking, Manufacturing, or Life Sciences.

## Compensation and Benefits
Base pay: $270,000—$320,000 USD. Comprehensive benefits including stock options, medical/dental/vision, 401k match, paid leave, and more. Eligible for commission/variable pay.
