## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Motivate the team to exceed objectives.
- Develop and maintain accurate team forecasts.
- Hire, oversee, and train a team of Mid-Market Account Executives.
- Drive lead generation, high activity standards, and pipeline management.
- Facilitate ramp-up for new team members and coach them to success.
- Monitor the sales funnel from prospecting through close and create metrics to improve performance.

## Requirements
- Experience in high-tech direct sales.
- Familiarity with SaaS, cloud technology, and Salesforce.
- Ability to accurately forecast team performance.
- Passion for coaching, mentorship, and team management.
- Motivation to help people grow and a desire to continue learning.
- Self-starter who thrives in a high-growth, rapidly changing marketplace.
- Proven experience overseeing an outbound sales team across the sales cycle.
- Professional or business-level fluency in Portuguese.
