> Own Reducto’s Y Combinator relationship and build scalable programs that help early-stage startups adopt and expand their use of the company’s agentic document platform. The role requires strong founder empathy, ecosystem relationship-building, program design, and data-driven execution.

## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Own and grow Reducto’s relationship with Y Combinator, including batch onboarding, partner touchpoints, and ongoing program delivery.
- Design and run startup-specific programs, including credits, onboarding fast-tracks, and dedicated technical support.
- Partner with product and support teams to remove friction for small teams adopting agentic document ingestion.
- Track adoption, usage, and expansion metrics across the startup cohort, using data to prioritize investments.
- Build community touchpoints such as office hours, workshops, and founder Slack channels.
- Identify and build relationships with additional top accelerators and seed-stage venture funds.
- Serve as the voice of early-stage customers internally, surfacing their needs as they grow into larger accounts.

## Requirements
- Existing relationships within the Y Combinator or broader venture and accelerator ecosystem, or the ability to build them quickly and credibly.
- Comfort working hands-on with early-stage founders and technical teams.
- Ability to design scalable programs serving hundreds of startups.
- Entrepreneurial, execution-focused approach with the ability to own a mandate end-to-end.
- Data-driven approach to tracking adoption, usage, and expansion.

## Nice-to-Haves
- Existing network among YC founders, alumni, or partners.
- Experience running a startup, developer, or founder-facing program.
- Experience working at or founding an early-stage startup.
- Familiarity with the agentic AI and document-processing landscape.
