## Job Description

## What You’ll Do

- Prospect and generate qualified pipeline through cold calls, email sequences, and social outreach
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads, identifying fit and urgency before passing to Account Executives
- Build relationships with high-producing agents and brokerage leaders across the country
- Consistently hit and exceed monthly activity and pipeline targets
- Learn the real estate technology landscape and become a trusted resource for prospects early in the sales cycle
- Collaborate closely with AEs, marketing, and sales leadership to sharpen messaging and improve conversion

## What We’re Looking For

**Experience**
- 1+ years in a lead generation, SDR, or outbound sales role using phone, email, or social selling. Or, if you’re earlier in your career, a strong desire to break into tech sales and the work ethic to back it up.
- BA/BS degree preferred but not required
- Real estate industry experience is a plus
