## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting across technical and business roles, adapting sourcing and screening approaches by function.
- Build candidate pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, Ashby, outbound outreach, and personal networks.
- Partner with hiring managers across engineering, sales, marketing, finance, and operations to define strong candidates.
- Conduct phone screens and coordinate interview loops across multiple open roles.
- Maintain clean pipeline data in Ashby and provide hiring managers with regular, candid updates.
- Contribute to offer strategy and close candidates with competing opportunities.
- Build and improve recruiting processes as the company scales.

## Requirements
- 3–5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience across technical and business or GTM functions.
- Ability to recruit for both engineering and sales roles while maintaining momentum.
- Sufficient technical fluency to have substantive conversations with engineering candidates.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure, manage competing priorities, and operate independently.
- Strong organization and follow-through.
- Ownership mindset and interest in building recruiting processes.

## Nice-to-Haves
- Recruiting experience across engineering and GTM or business functions at an early-stage startup.
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Ashby, Gem, or similar tools.
- A strong network in the New York City market across technology and business.
- Experience navigating competitive offers and closing candidates.
- Experience using data to identify and improve pipeline conversion.
