## Job Description

## Key Responsibilities
- Own the ongoing relationship with assigned healthcare customers, driving adoption and ensuring they realize real value from our platform.
- Serve as the primary point of contact, acting as the connective tissue between customers and internal teams.
- Translate customer needs into outcomes, surfacing feedback and advocating as the voice of the customer.
- Proactively identify risks and opportunities within accounts to support retention and growth.
- Travel approximately 25% to engage with customers on the ground.

## Required Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in healthtech, or in a healthcare setting working closely with health technology (e.g., athenahealth or similar platforms).
- Strong understanding of the pace and nuance of healthcare, with a track record of building durable customer relationships.
- Organized, proactive, and energized by solving customer problems.
- Clear communicator who takes ownership and thrives in a fast-moving, mission-driven environment.
- Customer success experience specifically within healthtech is a strong plus.
