## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Communicate with existing customer accounts about Figma’s platform and pricing.
- Close inbound sales requests for subscription expansion, including adding products and licenses and upgrading to the Enterprise Plan.
- Manage inbound billing requests, including renewals and changes to payment terms or methods.
- Close targeted outbound account renewals.
- Qualify and handle inbound sales requests.
- Collaborate with Sales, Support, Billing, Order Management, and Marketing.

## Requirements
- Desire to build a career in sales, progressing toward Senior Inside Sales Representative and Account Executive roles.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with a proven ability to prioritize tasks by urgency and impact.
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new products, processes, and policies.
- Curiosity, commitment to ongoing learning, adaptability, and comfort navigating frequent change.
- High achievement orientation and strong internal motivation.
- Ability to initiate tasks independently and adapt quickly to feedback.

## Nice-to-haves
- B2B SaaS experience.
- Customer-facing sales or support experience.

## Compensation and Benefits
- Full-time role based at Figma’s Singapore hub.
- In-person onboarding is required if hired.
