## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Own Harvey’s social strategy and execution (LinkedIn, X, and emerging channels)
- Turn product updates, customer outcomes, and company thinking into high-signal content
- Translate complex legal and AI concepts into content that lands with both technical and non-technical audiences
- Monitor social sentiment and industry conversations to surface opportunities and flag potential issues in real time
- Lead real-time and sensitive communications with good judgment
- Build an audience of practitioners, decision-makers, and credible voices
- Partner with design, content, and leadership to produce concise, effective posts

## Requirements
- 5+ years in social, ideally in high-stakes or high-growth tech or AI environments
- Experience building a relevant, engaged audience
- Strong writing and editorial judgment
- Sharp judgment under pressure and can move quickly without sacrificing quality
- Genuine feel for internet culture, online communities, and what makes content travel
- Experience handling launches, announcements, and sensitive moments
- Clear understanding of how people consume information online
- Comfort using analytics to inform decisions

## Nice to Have
- Experience in legal tech, enterprise SaaS, or similar spaces
- Background in writing, journalism, or editorial
- Familiarity with legal audiences and how they evaluate tools
- Interest in AI and responsible communication

## Compensation
$136,000-$204,000
