## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Develop action-oriented insights to drive product strategy through observational causal analysis and experiment meta-analysis.
- Communicate results and recommendations clearly to stakeholders, including C-suite leaders.
- Improve experimentation practices by guiding A/B test design, execution, and deep-dive analyses.
- Create and maintain ETLs, tables, dashboards, and self-service tools for data scientists and cross-functional partners.
- Design, evaluate, and measure team-level KPIs to support quarterly goal setting and demonstrate impact.
- Engage stakeholders throughout projects to gather feedback, share progress, and maintain alignment on business goals and outcomes.
- Mentor junior data scientists and business partners on data science methods and best practices.

## Requirements
- Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Machine Learning, Operations Research, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative discipline, plus **2 years of experience** in the job offered or a related field; **or**
- Bachelor's degree in one of the listed quantitative disciplines, plus **5 years of progressively responsible experience** in the job offered or a related field.
- Any suitable combination of education, training, and experience is acceptable.

## Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary range: **$229,000.00–$267,100.00 USD**
- Eligible for equity in the form of restricted stock units; commission eligibility may apply depending on the position offered.
