## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Build and maintain integrated master schedules, key milestones, and critical paths aligned with the vehicle product development lifecycle.
- Define task dependencies, durations, and resource requirements across cross-functional teams.
- Track program progress against baselines, identifying critical path bottlenecks, delays, and schedule risks.
- Develop mitigation plans for at-risk activities and escalate timing issues with actionable recommendations.
- Prepare timing status reports, executive dashboards, and timeline presentations for management gateway reviews.
- Track and report timing KPIs, including milestone adherence, schedule slippage, and on-time delivery.
- Partner with Program Management, Engineering, Purchasing, Manufacturing, and Quality to ensure cross-functional timeline alignment.
- Coordinate critical milestones across sourcing, tooling, validation, and launch timing.
- Maintain scheduling tools and standardize timing templates across multiple program platforms to ensure data integrity.
- Drive continuous improvement in program scheduling processes and methodologies.

## Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in program scheduling, project planning, or timing analysis.
- Experience in automotive or manufacturing program environments strongly preferred.
- Knowledge of automotive product development processes, including APQP and gateway/phase reviews.
- Understanding of vehicle program milestones, including SOP, PPAP, launch, and ramp-up.
- Familiarity with automotive development lifecycle and launch processes.
- Understanding of engineering, tooling, and manufacturing timing dependencies.
- Knowledge of supplier readiness and PPAP timing requirements.
- Awareness of validation, testing, and homologation timing.

## Nice-to-haves
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Project Management, or a related field.
- Project management certification, such as PMP.
