## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise trucking fleets through large-scale digital transformations by deploying optimization software
- Manage multiple large clients simultaneously with strong organization and prioritization
- Develop and refine deployment playbooks and workflows tailored to each fleet's unique operations
- Execute high-level deployments while shaping long-term deployment strategy
- Wear multiple hats including recruiting engineers and operations team members, product management (triage issues, define product lines from client feedback), and supporting sales/GTM efforts

## Requirements
- Ability to learn quickly and deeply understand transportation, logistics, and fleet operations
- Strong communication skills with the ability to speak with conviction and confidence to enterprise management
- Strategic thinking to design organizational structures and workflows for diverse fleet operations
- High level of organization to manage multiple clients and information
- Scrappiness and willingness to do whatever it takes to push deployments, team, and product forward
- Desire to wear many hats and contribute across recruiting, product management, and sales/GTM functions
